The Industrial Vehicle Industry Environmental Emissions Exchange Seminar was successfully held
On the afternoon of May 17th, the Industrial Vehicle Branch of the China Construction Machinery Industry Association (referred to as the "Branch") organized an "Industrial Vehicle Industry Environmental Emissions Exchange Seminar" through an online video conference. Song Jinyun, Deputy Director of the Standards and Regulations Department of the Association, Teng Qi, Director of the off-road Compliance Management Department of the Motor Vehicle Emissions Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, Liu Shunli, Director of the Jinan Automobile Inspection Center, representatives from Henan Jiachen Intelligent Control Co., Ltd. and Zhonggong Engineering Machinery Complete Sets Co., Ltd., and 68 industry enterprises, including a total of 217 user IDs, participated in the meeting, including the branch venue. The meeting was chaired by Secretary-General Zhang Jie of the branch.
At the meeting, Song Jinyun stated that the seminar was held based on the current actual situation and the urgent needs of industry enterprises. Through the interpretation of experts on the non-fourth standard, it is hoped that the industry enterprises will first seriously implement the study of national environmental protection policies, strictly abide by and implement them, secondly, correctly understand the technical content of the fourth standard, and effectively promote technological research and development, thirdly, promptly carry out environmental information disclosure and promote data access and joint debugging work, and fourthly, timely adjust strategies based on the current situation to avoid financial and policy risks. At the same time, it is also hoped that through this seminar discussion and exchange, the implementation of the "fourth standard" can be ensured, and new ways and measures can be proposed to effectively implement environmental protection policies in the field of industrial vehicles, and promote the green and environmentally friendly development of the industry. Teng Qi gave a detailed interpretation of the relevant policies of "off-road Fourth Standard and Information Disclosure Requirements". Director Teng introduced the off-road industry overview and laws and regulations, the main content and requirements of the fourth standard, and the process and key points of information disclosure, and focused on analyzing the domestic and foreign regulations, the differences between the fourth and third standards, and the problems encountered in standard implementation and information system filling. At the same time, Director Teng emphasized the need to attach great importance to the environmental emissions of off-road mobile industrial vehicles, actively implement them, and make due contributions to the goal of achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality in China.
Liu Shunli gave a detailed introduction on the topic of "Key Interpretation and Compliance Guarantee of Non-Fourth Regulations" from four aspects: policy background, key interpretation of standards, emissions compliance guarantee, and summary of the report. Director Liu emphasized that compliance guarantee is a huge challenge for the competent authorities and industry enterprises, and called for the entire industry to attach great importance to the relevant work of information disclosure. Zhou Zhilong, the product manager of Henan Jiachen Intelligent Control Co., Ltd., gave a detailed introduction on the topic of "Solution of off-road Mobile Machinery Emissions Monitoring System", including the policy background, Jiachen's fourth-generation solution and application, and the company's introduction. He shared the company's solution for the off-road mobile machinery emissions monitoring system.
Zhao Yiheng, Senior Project Manager of Zhonggong Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., presented the topic "Solution for off-road Mobile Machinery National Fourth Standard" and explained the policy, company introduction, solution, data security, and solution advantages. During the Q&A session of the meeting, representatives discussed vigorously the issues related to off-road mobile engineering machinery fourth-stage emission regulations. The representatives raised questions about the application process for environmental information disclosure in the fourth-stage emission standards, inventory of national third-stage standard equipment, definition of second-hand equipment, and problems encountered in specific execution of after-treatment, to which the experts provided detailed and professional answers.
